I would like to take this opportunity to thank that lovely Chinese person for downloading Attraction 163 times. You've really made my night. Knowing I've been able to share my music on such a personal level with somebody from the other side of the world, is something I've been waiting to achieve ever since I started writing music. Thank-you for giving me just that.

In other news,  I'm doing just great at the moment. My PC is dead though, so I haven't been able to write any new material lately.. But that's ok, it'll be fixed very soon.

Got some xkcd merchandise, including some posters and a new t-shirt. Also got a hand signed copy of one of Randall's comics, it's sitting in a frame on my shelf

New phone (Nokia E71), new HTPC, new iPod (I know, I know. I needed it for work). New fan for my EeePC, so it's nice and quiet again.

New furniture is coming soon, and possibly a new TV. After I get my car serviced.

I've also given up on relationships; they're more trouble than they're worth. It's a good thing, I'm enjoying being single again.

New job is also pretty good. I've been given a few big projects. I have to create a logistics map for the entire water system for Victoria, including distances, energy required to pump water, topologies, etc.. I'm essentially doing what my Dad does. Playing with maps all day. I wonder if anyone ever thought I'd grow up to be just like him .

I also have to create a Water Quality Improvement Program, which will involve me going through a shitload of reports.. Boring, but it's a job, and it pays OK. It pays better than my last job.

I've also done some work on the Western Water intranet, updated some pages, moved stuff around, etc.. I still have to write up some more pages with William, about Trade Waste and Biosolids (the nasty stuff), but I'll do that once I sort through all this DataWorks stuff. That's gonna take me a while.
